Welcome to Luxe de Neige — where the mountains meet music! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or attending our events. By accessing our site or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Tickets & Admission

• All ticket sales are final unless stated otherwise.

• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial gain.

• You must bring a valid ID matching the name on your ticket for entry.

• Luxe de Neige reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or breach of these terms.

 Age Requirements

• Attendees must be 18 years or older unless specified otherwise for family events.

• Some activities, such as après-ski parties or late-night music sets, may be 21+.

 Event Changes & Cancellations

• Lineups, schedules, and locations are subject to change without prior notice.

• In case of force majeure (weather, government restrictions, etc.), Luxe de Neige may cancel or reschedule events. Refunds or credit will be offered at our discretion.

 Risk & Liability

• Skiing, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.

• Luxe de Neige is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property.

• Attendees must comply with local laws, resort safety policies, and festival guidelines at all times.

Media & Photography

• By attending Luxe de Neige, you agree that photos or videos taken of you at the event may be used for promotional purposes.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a member of staff or email us in advance.. Prohibited Items & Conduct

• No illegal substances, weapons, drones, or outside alcohol allowed on festival grounds.

• Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

 Intellectual Property

• All content on our site (logos, graphics, music clips, etc.) is owned or licensed by Luxe de Neige and may not be reproduced without permission.

 Website Use

• Do not attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the website in any way.

• Luxe de Neige is not liable for downtime, bugs, or technical issues on the site.

 Governing Law
