Refund Policy

Luxe de Neige – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luxe de Neige, we’re committed to delivering an unforgettable ski and music festival experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our returns and refunds policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all attendees.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances. This secures your spot and goes toward essential early-stage planning and logistics.

Refunds on Remaining Balance

  • If you’ve paid beyond the deposit and request a refund, you are eligible for a 50% refund on the remaining balance, provided the request is made at least 2 months before the event start date.

  • Any refund requests made within 2 months of the event will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of reason.

Transfer of Tickets

  • While refunds are limited, tickets may be transferred to another individual. If you need to transfer your booking, please contact us with the new attendee’s details no later than 1 month before the event.

Cancellation by Organizers

  • In the unlikely event that Luxe de Neige is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued (including deposits), unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
